One of a few ruins in Tidbinbilla, this one was severely damaged in the 2003 fires. However, it has been restored significantly, and can now be visited.
George and Mary Anne Green lived here in Rock Valley from 1895! Apparently Mary Ann’s wedding breakfast at this location consisted of lyrebird cooked in a billycan!
An interesting site with interesting history - which can be read on the sign outside the house. Enjoy your visit.
