This cache is located at a small rest stop off of I-78 West. There are no bathrooms, but there are picnic tables.
Please rehide the cache as found, and as always use steal when needed. This area isn't too busy, but there are always muggles.
This cache probably isn't winter accessible, but you could perhaps find it if you refer to the hint and figure it out.
