TR’s Extras can be done on their own as they are on a short circular walk which will take less than an hour. The footpath goes along a farm track, across fields, over a stile and through a kissing gate. You may encounter mud in winter and after rain and this particular cache may require you to negotiate my favourite puddle which is rather large.
This cache can be done as part of the circular walk whilst doing TR’s Trail (GCZXMTA)and TR's Rendezvous (GCZXMVR)- JUST REQUIRES A VERY SHORT DETOUR NOT LONG AFTER YOU HAVE FOUND THE FIRST MICRO, then you backtrack and are back on course to do the Trail and Rendezvous, and can do the rest of the Extras on your way back to the village.
You are looking for a camouflaged 2 litre KlikLok container. When placed it contained a log book, pen, a small FTF prize, a lanyard, a roll of doggy poo bags, two of Teagan’s prized dog toys and some CD’s from Sunday papers for humans. Please feel free to help yourself to a CD if something takes your fancy... I realise not many people carry one with them!
