Geocache Description:


Welcome to one of the least known state parks in the area; Ashmere Lake State Park.  Ashmere Lake State Park has a 203-acre artificial lake located in Hinsdale, with public access boat ramp. The lake, dam and 3 islands became property of state in 1979.  There are 15 private cottages on state land, by permit.
 
You are looking for a small winter friendly cache.
