This cache is to give recognition to the people that volunteer for the Salton Sea spooktrails event held in October. The volunteers give alot of thier time to make sure everyone has fun. There are also alot of people and businesses that donate money to the event. This is an event worth checking out if you enjoy offroading. There is a dirt road that runs next to the highway that should get you within 20 feet of the cache then a short walk. plenty of shade to take a minute to enjoy the view of the sea.
