rock climber Traditional Cache

A camo bison
Years ago when the street was widened and the rock wall installed I always thought it would be a great place for practice rock climbing if it was in a different locale. I did most of my practice climbs in a park in Anacortes.
Now I have to wonder whether to put the cache where climbing is necessary ---or maybe on the ground to keep everyone safe. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
The location should be a little tricky, bult not outright evil.
I realize the cache is a little fragile; let me know if it needs maintenance.

I decided to change the direction this cache was going----don't want a cacher to have to explain to the police what is going on.
THE CACHE CAN BE RETRIEVED WITH BOTH FEET ON THE SIDEWALK.
I adjusted the terrain and difficulty rating accordingly.
Yes, it is still there.
