Hey Cacher/s,
this time i show you the water reservoir from Dürrenwaldstetten who get supplied with water from Zwiefalten. The location of the water pool is at the highest point from the village about 770m over the sea level.
Water comes by pipes under the ground from a pumphouse in Zwiefalten.
It is about 10 km and more then 200 vertical meters pumped up untill it arrived in the tank inside the house. The tank capacity of the reservoir is about 2000 cubic meters water.
If the weather is good you also have at this place a scenic view over the alps. And if you take a closer look on the mountains you can observ some skier with the binoculars.
It's required that you bring your own pen with you!
