Tricks and Cover Traditional Cache

This cache is possible as a drive-by, there are a couple of areas at the side of the road where you can pull in to. It is on a footpath so could also be found as part of a walk grabbing the hockenhull caches.
I'm afraid that this cache is over a stile so wheelchair user will need assistance.
Check everything twice, it's a bit of a cheeky sneaky one this!
