Near where Drainage District 23 flows from Fife to Tacoma then back twice before discharging to Hylebos Creek.
You cannot get to this cache off of SR509, so I made it a 2.5. Small black cache container, log only BYOP. Parking nearby. Road is a dead end. Do not cross any fences/gates. Please replace upside down to keep water tight. Watch out for muggles on a mission.
