You are looking for a camo'd bottle, less than 1/10th mile along the Serrano Canyon Trail from the main Sycamore Canyon Trail.
The cache is just over 1.1 miles from the trailhead at the Pt. Mugu Campground. However, most people are going to park in the day area and walk through the campground to get here, making the round-trip distance a little over 2 miles. But the grade is so gentle you don't even notice when you're going uphill.
Serrano Canyon is a beautiful and rugged canyon. The trail through it gets good use, and there are a few geocaches along the way. It's well worth hiking! You can get more information on the trail here (visit link)
