This is the last large lake in this group. In the summer not much water goes downstream from here, but in the winter there will be a pretty waterfall. Geese nest on the island and I keep checking to see if any ducks have used the cylinder duck boxes. You can return on either side of the lake and loop back to your car. Closest parking to this cache requires a hunting license or a parking permit. The cache may be accessed from free parking - see notes for the cache EAST OF THE POLE that you could collect on the same trip.
