4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

Micro cache hidden in one of the places beloved by our dogs and others in the district

This is a cache that should be impossible to miss (designed to be easy to get to and easy to find -- good for newbies and families).
John Connell Reserve is a former landfill site and now a great park for dogs to run free (when accompanied by their people of course). This was one of the first places we looked for a cache and were surprised not to find one. A great place for a picnic, to run around with the children and furry friends. Site includes BBQ facilities, basketball ring, exercise stations, fenced playground, footpath around the space and football field. Cache is a bit of a walk through park but can be accessed following paved path. Congrats to YoungOnesPerth who was FTF within hours of publishing and Chwiliwr who wasn't far behind!
Three different ways to get to general vicinity of cache:
1. Off Karal Ave, Leeming, turn into Beasley Rd, turn down Dundee St beside park. Park anywhere in this street and nice gentle stroll to cache location.
2. Bike path/footpath goes right past
3. Drive to nearby club house for park n grab (we dont normally go this way so I wont include directions)

NB: cache in same location but shape and size have changed...should be even easier to find.
