This cache is located in a public park maintained by the local Historical Society. It has public access. If you are entering the location near a "No Trespassing" sign, you are coming in from the wrong direction.
It's amazing the cool things you can find when you decide to venture out. After I decided I wanted to place more caches in this little area of the river bank, we went looking for cool locations. I had no idea this spot was here. Pretty neat place. I'm not terribly fond of heights and water but it was plenty fun all the same.
I've not placed a container like this one before. Not placed one using this method either. It's got me kind of nervous. I've been told that this container is the "last of it's kind" and that it would be awful to lose "a container of this pure awesomeness caliber". So in the spirit of 'please help me not lose it' be careful when retrieving and replacing. Once you get there, you'll understand when I say that you've only got one chance to get it right.
