Geocache Description:

This cache brings you to for a short walk along the Castletown River in the town of Dundalk

The river walkway connects the two road bridges over the Castletown River. The old humpback bridge, known locally as the "Big Bridge" While it's not that big the name comes from a time when it was the only road bridge over the river. This used to be the main Dublin - Belfast road.

The Táin Bridge to the east of GZ was officially opened in 1996 which marked the completion of the Dundalk Inner Relief Road

The cache is a micro container, please make sure to tuck it away properly after logging the find. This area is very popular with dogwalkers and cyclists so some stealth maybe required
