Checked on 3/25/12 & it was gone. why anyone would do such a thing is beyond me but I put out a new one with a few Utah postcards so it's ready for action again.
Near the "Welcome to Utah" border sign. Park at the sign and walk a few yards north to the cache. Have to climb a little to reach it. Don't need to cross fence.
A small plastic container filled with Utah stuff (postcards). Please be sure to close lids firmly to keep out moisture and wedge in tightly to keep wind from blowing it away.
