Geocache Description:

Victory Under Foot

This cache is near Victory Monument and Channel 5 television studios. There are many people that cross this bridge every day, as well as beggers and peddlers that use the area to make a living. This may be a tough cache to find due to the constant flow of muggles through the area.
The box is filled with goodies and can easily accommodate GCs or TBs.
