A small plastic container about 1cm diameter and 7cm long.

The cache name is cockney rhyming slang Whether you grab this from below or above somewhat depends on how tall you are. If you are tall you can stay at ground level, otherwise you may need to go up one. It is NOT attached to a retail unit. It's a busy area so stealth is required in business hours.
