THE ANSWER: Near Central Park. Like the 89 ft tall cell tower, you can easily see the cache, then also the latch to open it, but may not recognize them as each appears to be something else. USE NO SCREWDRIVER or other tools to attack this cache as there are true and several false fasteners, but only one that is different, and that one serves as a latch. Use care to not drop and lose the latch piece. However, if you do I have some spares in a plastic baggie tucked in the back of the "attic".
If I told you that the cache was near a Cell Phone Tower, less than 100 yards from College Station's Central park, you might think you wouldn't need your GPS device. How could you hide an 89 ft tall cellular phone tower, especially if there is a paved drive leading to it from a major road? My problem: How to hide a standard size cache from muggles in a busy urban area? However, If you can hide a cell tower by disguising it as something else, especially effective if there is at least a faint breeze, then hiding a Geocache should be easy by also using a disguise. The paved drive is concealed, and the cache itself is easily visible, but like the Cell Tower easily overlooked, as it appears as if it has another use. The cache is easily opened once unlatched, see Hint if needed. Instead of the busy road, park on the drive, it is narrow, but there is a turn-around beside the cache that you may use when you are ready to leave. The residents of the house further back on the property gave permission for placing a cache in the area of the cell phone tower. Do not cross any fences.
