Starting in July of 2011,
chigglet hid a series of caches having titles beginning with
"It's All About the Birthday Caches" to commemorate her father's
impending natal anniversary. See GC2ZY6B, the first in the series,
for more information. There were 39 caches planned, however for
some reason Number 17 didn't appear, and still hasn't, which nagged
at my desire to find completeness in a numeric series. Call it OCD
or whatever...
Anyway, since that cache never appeared, I figured I
could hide one and break the "curse of the missing #17". So here it
is!
You're looking for a camouflaged small container, large enough
to contain mini-coins and small trackables, hidden in a manner
consistent with the rest of the series. This area can have heavy
traffic at times; look both ways when crossing a road. If you
choose to search at night, beware the canine chorus nearby.
