A cairn with a view: a panoramic view of St Magnus Bay.
As you drive along the road towards Eshaness there is a cairn on a hill next to the road. The view from the road at this point is great, but it is even better from the cairn.
There is space to park at the roadside, then the walk to the cache is about 200m over rough-ish terrain which could be boggy after rain. There is not much of a climb (the road is already quite high at this point).
The cache is a pill container, and at the time of setting contains a log book and a very small number of very small swappable items. Please take a pen/pencil with you.
