This cache is located near a town dump that was closed in the past year.
Under the new waste management plan, all garbage from the Southern Shore is currently transported to Robin Hood Bay. However, some people insist on dumping garbage near the entrance to the old dump. A clean up crew regularly comes by to pick up the refuse, however, it seems as though they can't keep up.
Mother Nature is quite beautiful, however, littering ruins its attractiveness. We are constantly reminded of the importance of leaving nature undisturbed.
The cache is a small camoed tube that is attached to a tree branch with a zip tie. Please bring your own pen.
