Geocache Description:

A short walk along the boardwalk at the upper end of Lower Sweetwater creek will bring you to this cache, or take a longer walk from the beach at the bottom of Olivers hill in Frankston.

The Frankston City Council describes Sweetwater Creek thus...

Sweetwater Creek extends from the foothills of Frankston Reservoir to Port Philip Bay at the base of Olivers Hill. Thirteen hectares of remnant bushland surrounding the lower section of the creek is protected for its flora, fauna, geological and cultural heritage values. Walking tracks wind their way along the creek from swamps to steep gullies and floodplains to foothills.

The path is frequented by walkers so don't be surprised if muggles appear from around corners.

The cache is a film container with lid of the cache attached to the GZ structure. Please make sure you properly re-attach the body of the cache when you are done. There is only room in the cache for a logsheet. Bring you own pen.

You do not need to leave the path to retrieve the cache.

While you are there take a stroll around the rest of the reserve and checkout the bridge.

Parking can be found in the nearby Brighton St. (Don't park on Baden Powell drive.) The path is accessible to the wheelbound if you start from the top of the park, but it may take a little low-level agility to retrieve the cache.
