How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

The 1.7km board walk meanders through the mysterious tidal world of the mangrove forest, heart of the Barker Inlet coastal wetlands. In 1984 the City of Salisbury constructed the St Kilda Mangrove Boardwalk to encourage a wider appreciation of the ecosystems of Barker Inlet.
.
For safety reasons the mangroves walk is locked at night, however you dont have to walk far because this simple cache is located not too far from the entrance for access all hours.
.
Take a walk on the board walk, but beware of those mozzies who will happily make a snack of you! Please also use snake caution in the summer months.
.
The cache is a small painted container with a small prize for the FTF - goodluck and happy caching.
