Whether you just started caching
today or have been caching for years, whether you are a NEFGA
Member or non-Member, there will be something for everyone at this
years NEFGA's 2011-2012 Election
Event!!
It is once again time for all
NEFGANS to perform their civic duty and join together for the
purpose of electing the 2011-2012 NEFGA Board.
This year's Election Event will
be held near the The Ocala National Forest. The
NEFGA board would like to invite all cachers, NEFGA members and
non-NEFGA members alike, to join us in celebration of another
successful year for NEFGA.
At 3:00PM we
will meet at the Rodman Reservoir Picnic Area for
Food, Fun, and Fellowship. Bratwurst, chips and drinks will be served by
NEFGA but we would like to
encourage everyone to bring "extras". Plates, deserts,
water, ice, coolers, etc. If you do
intend to bring something please announce it with your "will attend" so we
can plan accordingly.
** NOTE ** There are picnic tables at this park but seating is
limited so bring chairs if you have them.

Charter Amendment
Change
There will also be a special vote for a
requested Charter Amendment, which is to change the Board term from
January 1st to December 31st of each year so that the newly elected
Board does not have to scramble and try to get an event together
right after being elected.
