This cache was placed for Liam's 65th birthday just outside of his lovely B and B.
The cache is just inside the gates, and you have full permission from the B and B owners (who are cachers themselves) to enter the premises. You shouldn't need to go more than a few feet inside to find it.
Full disclosure: Liam's birthday present was not necessarily just the container itself, but the hours of entertainment of observing geocachers through the window.
