This is yet another in our series of rural cemeteries around the Black Hills. Located in Fall River county, this is a very nice cemetery, with well groomed lawns, trees, and a stone and brick veteran's memorial. There are approximately 190 grave sites here, dating back to at least 1905.
You do not have to enter the cemetery grounds to find the cache. If a service is in progress, or if there is someone here maintaining a grave site, please come back at a later time. If you do chose to visit the cemetery, please pay due respect and do not disturb any of the markers or headstones. Follow any and all posted cemetery regulations. Most importantly, do NOT look for this cache after dark.
You are looking for a micro slightly larger than a nano, about the size of a stubby pencil. You will need to bring your own writing utensil, as obviously there is no room for one here. Please return the cache carefully where you found it.
As with all of our caches, good luck, enjoy the area and have fun!
BONUS CEMETERY: About 1/4 mile east of the cache is Reinke Cemetery. This is a bonus stage only, there is no cache here, no extra smiley. It appears to be a private cemetery of the Reinke family. There are about 7 grave sites here, dating back to 1896. This cemetery is on private property, DO NOT cross the fence or trespass to get to it. Please, just view this small cemetery from the road.
