You are looking for a bison tube, not overly difficult to reach as it is just off a parking lot, however we hope it might prove more of a challenge to find.
Bring your own writing instrument. I decided to place this cache as revenge to those who keep placing caches where I get poked and scratched and wind up smelling like a car air freshner.
