In upper part of Odell Park, not too far off one of the trails. Nice little walk, but can be a miserable find as GPS tends to jump around a lot in here
Being placed in the field on Halloween, I thought it appropriate to dedicate this cache to "Wolfman Jack". The Wolfman [real name Robert Weston Smith 1938-1995] was one of the most famous DJ's of all time,appearing in the 1973 movie "American Graffiti" and immortalized in one of the "Guess Who"'s greatest pop hits.
The cache has recently been replaced and is now a mid-sized screw-top container with cammo tape... containing a log book, a pencil, and some relatively small stash items.
Cache has now been placed just above ground level under a mid-sized 3-legged ironwood/ash 
tree. Definitely NOT winter-friendly.
As far as I know, there are no actual wolves in Odell...so.. if you hear any strange howling sounds, it may very well be The Wolfman himself...out on a midnight ride.
Rumour has it that he has visited the site, and scratched out and painted a small "W" on a nearby tree.
