This cache is placed near America's favorite place to hate. I don't think that one can go inside this place and buy a pack of gum without loading $100 of other stuff in their buggy. There's not a Puzzle Cache within a few miles of this location, so I though it'd be a nice spot for one.
To reach the true coords, you must collect some information from the site.
1. A = First numeral in the integer beside the American flag at the entrance of the building * 10
2. B = # of arms on the Walmart "star" + 2
3. C = # of blue bollards at entrance to store * 75 - 3
4. D = # of brown blocks on the facade at the front of the store(where the Walmart letters are at) (hint: multiply the # of rows by the # of columns) + # of stripes on the flag at the front of the store + # of stars on the flag at the front of the store + 80
