Geocache Description:

Nice cache in SouthPark Meadows

Well, there are some things you just don't realize when your shopping at Target or Pennys, or the new Soviet Designed SAMs Club that was created here:

Imagine what REM, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews, Metallica, Sting, NIN, U2, Sonic Youth, Go-Gos, Ramones, Lilith Fair , Jars of Clay, Jimmy Buffett and Willie Nelson's Fourth of July Picnic, the list goes on and on, have in common.
All these bands played to swaying and screaming crowds at SouthPark for years.

As you grab this cache, think of those bands that drew the crowds in the late 1990s, close your eyes and image the sound, smells and chaos of the last real outdoor venue within Austin where thousands could come listen.

So, have fun, and as they use to say, "Rock On".
