[this cache] has been moved and is now found within the Bushland and subsequently tracks are now appearing from the foot traffic. This is in breach of the BGPA Act and Regulations which states that a person must not, without permission, enter any part of the designated land that is comprised predominantly of native flora except on a road, track or path designated for use by pedestrians or vehicles or both. The regulations also states that a person must not, without permission, or without authorisation, damage, destroy or take any flora or fungi living or dead on the designated land. This Geocache will therefore need to be removed immediately.
