This cache is a snap & lock container for those who like goodies! You start your visit for Historic Washington State Park at this location. Cache access is family friendly. Don't miss taking a stroll down the streets of Arkansas history. Washington, Arkansas is considred the home of the Bowie Knife and later served as the Confederate State Capital of Arkansas from 1863-1865. Visitor's Center is open 8 to 5 daily, except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
This Cache holds some historic "put and take" goodies made at Historic Washington State Park. Just leave something in return. The Cache is quite "accessible". We hope this to be just the first of many more caches, depending on how many visits we get, so don't forget to log your visit!
