Okay, so it's not exactly a woods yet... and if the developers have their way, it never will be again. In the meantime, the home of the former St. Joe Auto Theater is a perfect place for a cache. (Thank you to RCT as well as snappingturtle & bulldog for the historical info that they provided.)
I'm dedicating this easy-peasy one to all of you who hate puzzle caches. It's sort-of a multi-cache, without the "middle man" containers:
Stage 1 - Park at the posted coordinates.
Stage 2 - Head east a short distance until you encounter a large rock pile.
Stage 3 - You should be able to see ground zero a short distance away.
