This is a small cache containing swaps, log book and pencil. Easily accessible to all, the co-ordinates are for a spot near the cache. In order to find it you will have to answer a few simple questions and don't forget the all-important hint!
Built in 1905 with a gift of £4000 from the Carnegie Trust, Penarth is the oldest purpose-built library in the Vale. Opposite are cafes, shops and a gallery built on the site of a former cinema. There are many historic and interesting buildings and other sites in the town and it would be well worth downloading some of the Town Trails and explore the town more.
