You can never have enough beach caches, right?
You don't have to pay for the parking if you can find a spot on Vista Del Mar. Just be careful crossing the street. This place can get pretty busy in the summer season.
Also, please be cautious of the muggles, especially the parking attendant. GZ should be out of their line of view, but they can be a little nosy. If you are coming up the bike path, then you will have to either ride up the hill or park and hike up one of the sand paths.
