Found the fellow along the road and decided to use him because he is so rough and tumbley.
You Must Use Stealth here because the cornor has a lot of traffic. I think the rock has a owner and the hiding area has enough room for a small family of mice or something. So the cache could be gone in a matter or minutes or days let alone Humpty Dumpty.
Please live Humpty Dumpty so the next person/cacher can identify the location. Feel free to play with him is their is not traffic in the area, like across the road at the COOP, nice guys here.
