Mia's Meander 1 Traditional Cache

This is a short series of caches along one of favourite dog walks – hence the name, as Mia is my beautiful husky x collie dog that comes on most of my caching trips. The caches are hidden along the bottom edge of the Conigree Wood and there are some superb views to enjoy across Ledbury to the distant Marcle Ridge.
The meander starts alongside the main road, where you can still see evidence of the old road and pavement under the grass. You are looking for a long rectangle container, a micro but larger than a film cannister. From the Ledbury direction, this is reasonably flat and on tarmac, so would be accessible with a pram or pushchair. However, from the lay-by parking the path is very narrow and can only be done by foot.
DIRECTIONS TO MIA'S MEANDER 2
Because of the tree cover and myriad choice of paths to take, follow the clues to help find the right way....Head back up the nearby track, signposted as a bridlepath – this is a bit of hill to get up! At the top, the track bears left to some nearby houses, but you need to go straight on into the woods and then bear left where the two paths diverge.
