Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small mint tin. From the west it is a .25 mile walk from a parking spot. But there is a Cache there and besides you need the exercise, it is good for your heart.

I am not sure why this is here maybe for the lights or future growth. However it seemed like a perfect spot to put a Cache.
