The upper part of Magnaminty forest; off Corner Road. A nice little detour off dreary Harbourview Road.
There is a trail just a teeny bit past Corner Road; a couple of right turns will get you onto the dirt bike trail threading its way through the upper parts of Magnaminty Rorest. There are GIANT old stumps with dark, plank board "eyes" and the remains of an old growth fir many feet long.
The trail continues and loops to the left through the forest and out onto the bright light of the ridge above Kick Ass View. Another left over The Slippery Log and you can descend back down to Charters Avenue and back up to Harbourview making a nice little loop.
