I have Jim to thank for introducing me to this great game. I remember the day he took me to my first cache. It was Stevesy3's cache 'I let you call me Stevesy...' (GC203ZR) in Edina. I was amazed at the creativity of the cache and was immediately hooked!! Since that day we have done countless lunch runs, a 50+ cache bike excursion, and made some feeble attempts at puzzles (although we are getting better). I have also had the opportunity to meet his wonderful family, as has he mine. I want to thank both our families for allowing us to spend time on this game we enjoy.
Most of our adventures end up memorable for some reason, but of course I have to bring up the time when Jim forgot to put his car in park and when we came back 5 minutes later from a quick P&G, we found his car had rolled down the street and met another one. The car survived, and I think we both had a pretty good laugh after it was all said and done. Jim doesn't share the same enjoyment I do for bushwhacking (which I still don't understand), but we both enjoy the thrill of the hunt and find. It has been a ton of fun riding your coattails for at least a few of your 1000+ finds.
CONGRATS JIM - As the tradition goes, I have placed a silver ammo can in your honor! It is loaded with toys and stuff for the kids.
