This is the start of a series of caches set in the fields to the west of the village of Broomfield. The trail is just over 3 miles long and follows public footpaths and bridleways all the way. These can be muddy in places, so choose suitable footwear.
This first cache is stroller accessible but the path gets rougher further down the trail.
The trail can be combined with the caches around the hospital to the north and/or the church micro (St Mary's with St Leonard's, Broomfield) and others to the south.
Limited parking for one or two cars is available outside the church. Further parking is available in Goulton Road (about a third of a mile away but close to the final cache and handy for a few other caches in the area).
