This hotel was built in 1888 and originally named the Brunswick Hotel, it became the Arizona El Rancho Hotel. The structure was used for Masonic services. The Hashknife and Argus ranchers also used the hotel. In the 1950s it was used for dorms during a federal program to educate Native American students.
