Regular lock-n-lock in the Georgia Rest Area (GARA).
One of three caches hidden in the GA Rest Area in honor of Going Coastal. The first one (this one) is for use as a travel bug motel. The second one (GC377T6) is for the kiddies, full of kiddie swag. The third one (GC377TM) is, well, it's the challenge.
Watch your step going down the hill, dog bombs abound.
