This is the 2nd cache in the Beaver Lake series. This cache is going to be a tough one. Hidden in the Blue Springs Recreation area, far away from any road or parking. It is either a STEEP hike with no trail, or a boat ride and a short hike, no trail.
This cache about 1000 feet from another cache (To the Ramp), That is probably the closest parking. The cache is in my opinion, very well hidden. You need to make sure you have plenty of time when you embark on this challenge.
No tools are necessary, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN! It would be a long hike back up if you forget it.
Please note I have not hiked down from the parking in Blue Springs. I believe it is possible to get down but since I came in by boat I am not positive.
One final caution, since this is a public recreation area, I do believe that there is hunting allowed in this area. You probably don't want to go in wearing camouflage.
After you find it, look across the lake and wave. Someone is over there watching :)
***** PLACE THE CACHE BACK EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT ****** If you wear a trail around it, please try and cover your tracks when you are done.
