"For the past couple years, I have worked several times a year at this location and have been surprised to see no cache here.
Simple LPC, right???? Nah. I placed this one in the highest traffic spot in the lot. The difficulty will be in getting the cache without the muggles and the camera pointed directly at you noticing. Thus the 2.5 rating.
Yes, this one is a 1 terrain. A wheel chair can get this one."
