Wapsi Oh No Traditional Cache

This cache is placed along Wapsi Avenue, a level B service road. The road is a minimum maintence level dirt road between the Hoover Highway (Country Road F44) to the south and 340th St. NE to the north. At certain times of the year, the road may be impassible due to snow, ice, or mud. Enter this road at your own risk of needing a tow.
When the conditions are dry, one can easily navigate this road with most vehicles. At certain times of the day, there can be a surprising amount of traffic, so please park safely along the shoulder. When conditions are wet, it is likely best to not attempt driving to the cache. On the day that I placed this, I was mountain biking along the country roads on my way to Oasis.
The cache is a plastic preform tube that Finance Guy won at a geocache event last year. It is hidden just a few feet off the edge of the road in the public right-of-way. It is accessible all year and should be a relatively quick park-and-grab. The cache contains a log and pencil only. It is not large enough for tradeables. There is no need to cross the fence.
