Pretty easy, requires getting wet in the winter. Watch out for muggles.
I would recommend parking at Goldstream Sports, doing the nearby Goldstream Cache, then walking to the cache along Ester Dome. BE CAREFUL OF CARS IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN ALONG. PEOPLE COME FLYING DOWN THE DOME. The cache is an ammo can, and is hidden in a somewhat tricky location.
UPDATE: Changed the difficulty and terrain. The program I used made calculations that seem silly in retrospect.
