Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

Deep in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, in a cave so vast and empty that a falling feather would create an echo, lived a strange old man called Victor. He lived with only his echo for company. Each November he would perform a Zulu dance, and the music would echo, not only off the cave walls, but through the surrounding rock walls, and out into the mountains.

Romeo and Oscar were geocaching in the mountains and could hear the music all around them.

Oscar said “What November celebration is causing this music to echo throughout the mountains? Perhaps we should dance?” He struck a tango pose.

“Sorry,” came his friend’s response. “I’d need to drink a lot of whiskey before I’d be willing to perform such a dance with you, Oscar. But I might be willing to try a foxtrot”.

Feeling slightly aggrieved, Oscar replied, “I’m afraid I’m not wearing the proper uniform for that particular dance, so I too will have to decline, Romeo.”

So the friends did not dance. They continued geocaching their way down towards the plains in silence, as the mountain music faded behind them.
