THIS CACHE IS ONE OF THE CACHES THAT COUNTS TOWARD EARNING THE

2011 VILLAGES OF MT HOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE GEOCOIN.

This is a quick and easy 'Find' of an Ammo Can and this Cache Page contains the information for the 2011 Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Geocoin Challenge. This is the First Annual “Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Geocoin” and there are some requirements to complete the Challenge and earn one of the Geocoins from the Chamber of Commerce. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU PLACE THIS CACHE AND THE OTHER CACHES IN THIS CHALLENGE ON YOUR WATCH LIST SO THAT YOU WILL KNOW OF ANY CHANGES MADE TO THIS CHALLENGE. There is always the possibility of having to change the PUBLISHED CACHES because of unforseen circumstances and you don't want to be looking for a Cache that is no longer in existence, do you? This Cache, as any Geocaching.com published Cache, may be 'Found and Logged' by any Geocacher. Those that wish to earn the Geocoin should enter the date 'Found' on their Registration Card (Which is incorporated on this Cache Page).

THE RULES:

If you wish to earn a New 2011 Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Geocoin, here are the Rules:

1. The Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify the Rules at anytime and for any reason. It is suggested that until you have earned and picked up your Geocoin that you maintain a ‘Watch List’ so that you will become aware of any Rules or Caches that are changed.

2. There is a limit of 1 (one) Geocoin per Geocaching Family.

3. The Standard Rules and Disclaimers that apply to all Geocaches apply to this Challenge.

4. You must ‘Find’ and ‘Log’ on geocaching.com and enter on your Registration Card the 10 (ten) Geocaches that you have ‘Found’ between the “Marmot” Cache [GC37BN8 ] and “West on 26” Cache [GC37BNX ], Oregon.

5. Six (6) of those Geocaches must be those that are listed on the Registration Card. In the event that you are unable to negotiate the terrain to 'Find' a Required Cache, encounter Muggles which would endanger the longevity of a Cache or believe the Cache to be ‘Missing’, you may substitute any other Cache in the area described in Rule #4 for that Cache.

SNOW CLAUSE: If snow prevents locating any of the Caches set for this Challenge, you may substitute any other Cache that you can ‘Find’ between the “Marmot” Cache [GCBN8 ] and “West on 26” Cache [GCBNX ], Oregon.

6. All Geocaches must be ‘Found’ within 30 days of submitting your Claim for the 2011 Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Collector’s Geocoin..

7. To receive your 2011 Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Collector’s Geocoin, return the completed Registration Card to the Chamber of Commerce Representative at:

If you are unable to pick up your coin at the Office, please give your Registration Form to a Friend to pick it up for you as the Chamber of Commerce cannot mail it to you.

8. The Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Geocoin Challenge ends when the last 2011 Villages of Mt Hood Chamber of Commerce Geocoin is Claimed.

9. Registration Cards are available in this Cache, from the Chamber of Commerce Representative during their business hours or you can PRINT one from my Log Entry of 10 November 2011. I recommend that you right 'click' on the image and save the picture to your computer (Don't forget to SAVE the name of that image so that you can find it among your photos!!) and then print it out either full size or 2 or 4 to a page. Registration Forms should also be available in each Cache and at the Coin Pick-up location.
