The cache is at the posted coordinates, but conditions must be met before you are eligible to find it.
Stars refer to the difficulty and terrain ratings for a given cache. Simply add together these two numbers and you have the ‘Star value’ of the cache. For example, a cache that has a difficulty rating of 1 and a terrain rating of 3 is worth 4 Stars.
In order to earn your Smiley for this cache you must:
(a) In 20 caches or less, accumulate 100 Stars in a single day.
(b) This cache does NOT count towards those 100 Stars.
(c) There is no date requirement for this achievement. If you completed the described goal prior to the publishing of this cache, you and can go ahead and find it right away.
(d) In your log, state the date on which you fulfilled the requirements of point (a), and provide proof that you did (list the caches in your log, create a Bookmark List etc.).
